GCV Campaign Philippines Conference
"Elite Club Pioneers Team Pampanga"
Theme: Pi Buyback Initiative - Securing Value & Growth
Dear Philippine Elite Club Pioneers Team Pampanga and community leaders, merchants, respected Global GCV CT Executive Director Ms. Lumari, our today's host Region 3 GCV ambassador, Dr. Luz "Lala" Aquino and GCV Ambassador Dr. Rodolfo Edoria and Ron Rost for your dedication to host today's big conference.
Thanks to Ms. Lumari's invitation for me to participate in this wonderful and meaningful important conference. Our today's Theme is Pi Buyback Initiative - Securing Value & Growth.
The Philippine community serves as an exemplary model for our global Pioneers community. This achievement reflects the collective efforts under Ms. Lumari's leadership, who is an outstanding community leader both in the Philippines and globally. Her dedication and vision are invaluable assets to us. We are grateful for her powerful support and critical contributions. Additionally, I would like to express my appreciation for the dedication of all the outstanding leaders in the Philippine community and our GCV Ambassadors. It is remarkable to note that the Philippines has generated 1.5 million GCV data records. Without your crucial contributions, we would not have reached this significant milestone.
We are currently at a critical juncture as we prepare to implement the source code to activate GCV. I am pleased to see that the Philippine community continues to express confidence and enthusiasm in supporting GCV barters and the Pi buyback campaign. I have shared the background and reasoning behind Pi's approach to the outside world, explaining why we have spent three years in an enclosed mainnet and why we have yet to achieve our dreams of financial freedom, despite the Open Network launching on February 20th, 2025.
During the enclosed mainnet phase, our goal has been to create GCV to establish the value of Pi and build a strong ecosystem foundation and we succeed already. While the Core Team has its own objectives related to the technical side, infrastructure, KYC, and Pi migration, we transitioned to the Open Network since February 20th. Currently, we see that KYB has only five exchange markets, and the CT has called on pioneers to participate in domain name bidding. This process is open to the public, and wallets will be provided for those who do not have one.
It's important to understand why the CT is currently presenting only five exchange markets rather than a hundred DApps. The reason is that the exchange market price for GCV is a game changer for implement GCV code. Previously, our focus was on blockchain records to establish GCV as the value of Pi, embedded in the code. Now that we are on the open network, we must assist the CT in fixing the exchange market price for GCV to meet compliance regulations and open worldwide to all kinds of users.
Given this situation, I advise our community to continue GCV barters using small items, combining Pi and fiat until our price is fixed. If merchants and pioneers’ benefit from this mutual arrangement, we should support it as before. I understand your team aims to establish 5,000 active merchants in Pampanga to support and drive the success of GCV. This is a critical step toward mass adoption, real-world utility, and securing the true value of Pi.
Based on the above, our Global GCV CT, under the guidance of Ms. Lumari, strongly supports my 11 strategies, which include the Pi buyback campaign.
Many pioneers may not fully understand the reasons behind our call for a Pi buyback campaign. Some choose to disregard our analysis and notifications, mistakenly believing that we are abandoning the value of GCV and engaging in speculation in the exchange market. However, our entry into the exchange market is not intended for speculation; rather, it is meant to protect the GCV ecosystem and foster a stable and healthy business environment for it.
